Returns

We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved making or sourcing it! However if you are not 100% happy with what you have received please get in touch.

Some points to remember:

Returned items should be unused/unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund (with a receipt within 30 days), excluding the original delivery charge.

Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:

We can only offer an exchange on any unwanted items that were received as gifts and for which there is no receipt.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. You can return your item by sending via registered post or dropping it back instore WITH a valid receipt. 

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

In the interest of safety and hygiene, personal grooming products, earrings, swimwear, etc. cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless faulty. Beauty products which contain a security seal can only be returned if the security seal has not been tampered with and/or unsealed. Watches and jewellery cannot be altered in any way. Personalised items cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless damaged or faulty.
